Exactaform Cutting Tools USA was established in 2017 to expand our presence in the North American market and better serve our growing customer base.
The demand for high-quality PCD and carbide tooling solutions in the US automotive, aerospace and other precision manufacturing industries led us to set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tennessee. Since then, we have continued to build strong partnerships and deliver our services to meet the unique needs of the market.
Our US office has enabled us to provide faster lead times, local support, and a dedicated team of experts to support customers across the country.
Alongside Peter and Stephanie, we have a dedicated team of engineers on the shop floor who ensure every tool is produced to the highest standard. Supporting them is our technical sales team, who work closely with customers to provide on-site consultations, technical support, and service recommendations tailored to their specific challenges and needs.
Pete has been central to Exactaform's growth, and in 2017 moved from the UK to launch the business in North America. With over 40 years in precision cutting-tool engineering, he leads Exactaform USA and brings customers the same strategic and technical expertise as our UK headquarters.
Stephanie has been part of Exactaform USA since day one, helping build it into the operation it is today.
With a background in operational management and continuous improvement, she keeps the Tennessee facility running smoothly and the team delivering for customers.
