Vibration Safety Specialist, Exactaform USA
Stephanie Henley helped launch Exactaform USA in 2017 and has been central to building it into the manufacturing operation it is today. Now the US Representative for HAV-Sentry, she specialises in hand-arm vibration risk, helping employers and safety leaders track real exposure and design work so that safety and productivity reinforce each other rather than compete.
Stephanie has been with Exactaform USA since day one. She launched the company's first US distribution efforts in 2017 with the support of Jamie White, helped move the business into its larger Murfreesboro facility in 2020, steered it through the challenges of COVID-19, and supported the launch of US manufacturing when Peter Raynor joined in 2021. What began with a single machine has since grown to support a expanding US customer base. She has recently transitioned into vibration safety as US Representative for HAV-Sentry.
Before specialising in vibration safety, Stephanie spent more than a decade (2006 to 2026) in operations and business management, leading day-to-day operations, optimising workflows, managing teams and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and retail. That hands-on experience gives her a practical understanding of how safety, productivity and operational demands intersect on the shop floor.
Hand-arm vibration risk and HAVS awareness, HAV-Sentry product knowledge, and building proactive safety cultures. Stephanie works across automotive and aerospace assembly, construction, groundskeeping and mining. She holds OSHA-30 for General Industry, is BLS certified and a Certified Orthotic Fitter, and is a member of Influential Women.
Stephanie has been recognised by Influential Women for raising HAVS awareness, and is playing a leading role in launching HAV-Sentry in the US, giving hand-arm vibration injuries a voice and helping American workers stay safe.
"I believe innovation and collaboration are key to driving meaningful change, so my focus is helping safety teams create proactive cultures that support both worker wellbeing and operational performance. The goal is simple: safer workplaces that also perform better."
Stephanie has recently completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and is advancing into a more specialised practice, trauma-informed yoga.
